Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Chefra account at any time. Here's how.
Delete from the app
To delete your account, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account while logged in. This will permanently delete your account and all associated data including recipes, cookbooks, meal plans, and profile information.
Retention of billing records
Billing records may be retained for up to 7 years for legal and tax compliance, as described in our Privacy Policy. All other personal data is removed according to the retention schedule in the Privacy Policy.
Can't access the app?
If you cannot access the app, email privacy@getchefra.com with the subject line "Delete My Account" and we will process your request within 30 days.
